Women's Circle

Women thrive in a community , having a conscious group of supportive women will

nourish personal growth and healing . My intention is to create a space for uplifting conversation, creative expression, sharing spiritual practices such as meditation, oracle readings, astrology insights and more. And of course enjoying all this with tea. We meet in person once a month, and I also offer online circles. 

Mindfulness Walking Group

The Mindful Steps Walking Group is a welcoming space for anyone looking to combine the restorative power of nature with the calming practices of mindfulness.

Our guided walks are held in serene, natural settings, inviting you to pause, observe, and engage with the world around you in a meaningful way. Together, we’ll practice gentle mindfulness techniques such as breathwork, grounding, and sensory awareness, helping you cultivate a deeper sense of peace and presence.

These walks are perfect for all fitness levels and are less about distance covered and more about the journey within. Whether you're new to mindfulness or a seasoned practitioner, you'll leave each walk feeling refreshed, centered, and more connected to yourself and the natural world.
